H1B Visas and Numerical Limits.

It is very important for clients to know that even if qualified for a professional H1B Visa, timing is very important due to numerical limits, the number of Visas available per year.

Every year, Visa clients must file their H1B petitions by the 1st. day that Immigration "opens the window" for receipt of applications/petitions.

Most clients will have to contact our firm early in February of each year in order to have all the supplementary documentation and application ready by the beginning of April of every year.

If the application is not filed timely, the Visa numerical limits will be met and prospective H1B applicants will have to wait another full year to be able to apply for this Visa.

The H1B Visa´s numerical limits are usually met by May of each year. Timing is everything!
